1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how MON IDEE ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Kalsh mobile application ("Kalsh", the "App"). Kalsh is a read-only, informational utility that displays publicly available prediction market data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping data collection to the absolute minimum.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Kalsh is designed to work without an account. We do not require registration, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, payment details, precise location, or contacts.

Kalsh does not process real money and does not facilitate gambling, betting, or trading of any kind. Any positions you log in the App are paper (simulated) entries stored for your own reference.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

Your watchlist, paper positions, notes and app preferences are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device through the App and can be removed at any time by deleting the App or clearing its data.

4. Market Data

To show live prices, depth and history, the App requests publicly available market data from third-party exchange APIs. These requests are standard network calls and may expose technical information such as your IP address to the data provider, as with any internet-connected app. We do not attach personal identifiers to these requests.

5. Analytics & Diagnostics

We may use aggregated, anonymized diagnostics (such as crash reports provided by the mobile platform) to keep the App stable. This information cannot be used to identify you personally.

6. Children's Privacy

Kalsh is an informational tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may display data sourced from third-party public exchanges. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies where applicable.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Kalsh after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
